How do I sign up for your services?
You can sign up by creating a free account using the SIGN UP page. After signup, you will need to verify your email with a link send to your email.
After that head strait to KYC to verify your account by snapping the necessary identification document.
How do I log in to my account?
You can log into your account by navigating to the LOGIN PAGE
Use your email address and password to login
How do I deposit funds?
You can deposit funds into your account by using the DEPOSIT button on the sidebar menu. You will enter the amount to deposit and select your preferred payment method. After the deposit you will be ask to upload proof of payment. You can upload an image of payment screenshot. Admins will review and validate the payment within an hour.
How do i withdraw my funds
You can withdraw funds from your account by using the WITHDRAW button on the sidebar menu. Select withdrawal method and initiate the transaction.
Returns
How do i make an investment?
Its simple! Navigate to the TRADING PLANS section. Select from the list of investment plans available. When you invest the funds are from your main account .
Note that you can cancel an active investment plan and the funds will be refunded automatically to your account
How do i transfer funds from my account to another GROW account?
With Grow, you can transfer funds from your account to a friend and they will recieve instantly. Use the TRANSFER FUNDS button. You will need Recipient email or username to transfer funds to them.
Note that Transfer Charges is 0%
How do i see my active investments?
To see the list of your investment plans, use the MY PLANS button on the sidebar menu.
Note that you can cancel any of your active plans and the funds will be automatically refunded back into your main account
How do i refer a friend?
Its wonderful to refer a friend. You will get 2% from all thier deposits.
You can refer users by sharing your referral link or your Referral ID. To get your referral details, navigate to the REFERRALS page
